AFTER YOU ORDER

All orders are processed in the Greater New York City area and hand fulfilled.

Pre Order + Made to Order products will take about 2-3 weeks for fulfillment. Specific timing is outlined in products descriptions.

Product that is in stock will ship 3 to 5 days from when the order is placed unless other shipping is selected.

P.O. BOXES

We are NOT able to ship orders to P.O. boxes due to our delivery services refusing them. We are unable to fulfill orders to P.O. boxes under any circumstances. 

EXPIDITED SHIPPING

All items are hand made with no stock being kept currently. We can rush your order for additional charge. Please email runandfollow@gmail.com with subject "HURRY" to discuss. We ship flat rate shipping through the USPS for the US and Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders to other countries may encounter additional taxations and import taxes. The receiver will be responsible for such charges. If the package is refused by receiver, the customer will still be responsible for payment of shipping and product. It is not the responsibility of RUN & FOLLOW to notify the customer of the package being held in customs or any other procedure once it is shipped. Tracking number will be provided for customer via email to handle international shipping.
